Hiking up sugarloaf mountain in New Hampshire during peak foliage. I almost missed him on his knee because the view was breathtaking

When we wrote each other’s vows

Magical. Details are important to us and we were able to make it unique and perfect for us.

What photography-related advice would you offer to a couple?

Make sure you rehearse your poses ahead of time.

Tell me about your dress. Where did you find it, how did you choose it, how did you know it was the one?

Alexandra’s boutique in Fall River. The dress was available at many bridal shops but Alexandra’s boutique provides a magical experience

How was your experience taking photos/working with me on your wedding day?

Magical. Even our guests felt confident in your abilities. It’s a first for us to see everyone relax and not worry about capturing all the moments.

Did you see each other before the wedding? If not, did you like waiting or would you have rather done it differently? Tell me why or why not!

Yes, the first look was not what I expected. Words cannot describe that experience. It definitely felt like it was out of a fairy tale. Even though we didn’t get to take many photos before the ceremony due to time, it worked out better. I think we would have been too comfortable at the ceremony rather than experiencing the raw emotions that flowed.

Any tips on how to prepare for the wedding photos?

Definitely get facials beforehand and have your makeup artists on site for touch ups. Liquid IV drinks to keep you hydrated. Hopefully the groom remembers deodorant 🤣 Keep your weight on the foot away from the camera Stand tall and tilt your head towards your spouse

Any tips that you have about preparing your wedding party for the photos? What did you tell them, how did you get them to cooperate, what did you do or what would you have done differently?

Practice the line ups. We had each couple practice a quick pause right before the aisle so they could have their photo taken and allow themselves a breather to relax before the big walk. It kept them from rushing down the aisle. The only regret I had was not reminding family members to stay after the ceremony for photos.

Any tips on what to bring?

When in doubt, bring everything! The dried petal toss as we walked back was my favorite prop

What’s one piece of advice you would give to other couples for planning their wedding?

Make sure you get time together. My husband and I spent most of the night in two different directions.
