I am so thrilled to post another incredible wedding! Jaime was the maid of honor at Kara and Chris’s wedding a few years back so I knew they would be a fun couple to photograph. Jaime and Scott’s Aria Wedding was just perfect!

Before we take a sneak peek at some of their wedding photos let’s hear about their Aria Wedding from Jaime and Scott.

August 19, 2021

We met at a house party he was throwing; I forgot my wallet and had to go back to his house to get it the next day and that’s when we started talking.

He proposed on one of our Disney trip to celebrate buying our house. He did it right in front of the castle! It was magical :)

The ceremony! Scotts reaction to seeing me for the first time was everything I wanted. And the sprinkle of rain for a few seconds for good luck was perfect.

Magical!

Relax! Don’t stress out over things you can’t control, like the weather. The point of the day is to marry your significant other!

Make a list of the specific photos you want so you don’t forget! And take as many as you want to, these memories will last a life time and will be what you look back on. And to have fun with it!

My dress was custom made for me. Actually I had said yes to a different dress right before going to my last shop to try dresses. I didn’t think I was going to have that “bridal moment” when the bride tears up saying yes. The dress I had tried had thick straps and was a champagne yellow. While trying it, the straps fell off my shoulder and I said how pretty it would be if I could change it to off the shoulder and make it ivory. The shop said they could do it and gave me sample straps with a sample ivory skirt; my maid of honor held everything up to me to have my vision come to life. That’s when I teared up and said yes to the dress!

Incredible! With me being super awkward I absolutely loved having you pose me perfectly for all the single shots. It was terrific how fast we did the bridal party photos for everyone to go be able to enjoy cocktail hour too. Then when last minute said I wanted certain photos and you were all for it! I couldn’t imagine having anyone else photograph our wedding day.

No! I wanted our first look to be from across the isle. I wanted that initial reaction to be right then and there; and he did not disappoint!

Live in the moment and have fun with it, be natural- be yourself. and don’t over think it!

Our DJ, Steve Grindle! He is absolutely fantastic to work with! Steve knows how to get the crowd going, and also helped keep us on a timely manner.

Etsy!! Jewlery, veil, favors, and bridal party gifts were all off Etsy. All of my decor and place cards I had my maid of honor make with her cricut!

Nothing! I was completely relaxed! I was told multiple times that I was the calmest bride anyone has ever seen. My groom was extremely nervous about the weather! It all worked out though with only a couple drops of rain during the ceremony.

Get things done sooner than later, like finding your big vendors. Time creeps up on you. But also don’t stress over things you can not control!

Our first dance song was Happily Ever After, which is what is played with the fireworks show at Disney world
Now let’s take a sneak peek at Jaime and Scott’s Aria Wedding photos.
